Settledown Shepherd Huts
Shepherd huts offer the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy some peace and quiet in the great outdoors. Our Cumbrian made shepherd huts have been handcrafted to a very high standard and include quality fixtures and fittings, and beautiful interiors. Traditionally made with sheep’s wool for insulation, our huts are designed to keep you cool in summer and cosy and warm during the winter months.
Each shepherd hut is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a luxury kingsize bed, kitchenette and toilet/shower room. Also included is your own private stable for storage and free parking onsite.

The town of Settle and the Yorkshire Dales offer a wonderful relaxing getaway. With an idyllic countryside setting, complete with the tranquil sound of birdsong and stunning seasonal colours, it’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Plus, you’re never more than a short walk from all the amenities you could need, including pubs, cafes, bookshops, outdoor shops, a bike shop and a Booths supermarket – you could easily ditch the car for the entirety of your stay! So whether you’re looking to relax and unwind or explore and adventure, the town of Settle and the Yorkshire Dales has something for everyone.
